A: You will receive an order confirmation message via e-mail shortly after Jasper Flowers & Gifts receives your order. If you do not receive this message within four hours of placing your order, there might be a delay on the Web due to traffic. A: All products are prepared in a facility that uses eggs, wheat, soy, nuts, tree nuts, corn syrup and milk. Therefore, our products are not allergen free and may contain allergens listed above. If you are concerned about food allergens in our products please call us at 812-634-2700.
Q: What is the shelf life on your products?
A: The shelf life on our chocolate covered strawberries and fruit bouquets is approximately 2-3 days refrigerated.
The shelf life on caramel apples is approximately 14 days refrigerated.
The shelf life on our savory popcorn is approximately 8 weeks, unopened.
The shelf life on our sweet and premium popcorn is approximately 12 weeks, unopened.
Q: Do you offer shipping for your fruit bouquets and chocolate covered strawberries?
A: No, we do not currently offer shipping for any of our fruit related products. Only in-store pickup and local delivery is available at this time.
Q: Can I order two boxes of 6 chocolate covered strawberries to meet the minimum order of 12+ and have them delivered to separate addresses?
A: No, strawberry boxes of 6 and 8 must be delivered to same address. An extra delivery fee will be charged for additional addresses and each must meet the minimum order requirements. **Note: Bulk orders with multiple deliveries may qualify for discounted delivery fee rates.
